Ultra Comfort Lift Chairs in Sikeston, MO

Ultra Comfort Lift Chairs

Ultra Comfort builds lift chairs — and specifically lift chairs, not recliners with a lift feature added on. That specialization is reflected in how they engineer the lift mechanism.

The lift system in an Ultra Comfort chair applies even upward pressure across the full seat base during the transition from sitting to standing. The chair doesn’t tip forward from the front — it lifts evenly, keeping the user’s weight distributed naturally through the transition. For users with hip replacements, knee issues, or balance concerns, this even-lift approach is meaningfully more comfortable and safer than a forward-tipping mechanism.

Position Options

Two-position: Upright sitting and full recline. The simplest configuration — appropriate for users who primarily need the lift function and don’t require intermediate reclining positions.

Three-position: Adds a TV-watching mid-recline position between upright and fully reclined. For users who spend extended time in their chair, the intermediate position reduces fatigue from sustained upright sitting.

Infinite position: Independent adjustment of the back recline and leg rest elevation, allowing any angle combination. Ideal for users whose health conditions require specific positioning — leg elevation for circulation, partial back recline for acid reflux, or positions recommended by a physical therapist.

Sizing

Ultra Comfort produces lift chairs in small, medium, large, and wide configurations with corresponding seat dimensions. A properly sized lift chair is important for both comfort and safe use of the lift function. We’ll confirm sizing before purchase — if you’re buying for a family member who isn’t present, we’ll ask for the specific measurements we need to match the right size.
